Emily + Ty reached out wanting an Iowa State University engagement session on campus as it was the place they met and had grown together. I was so happy when Emily decided on a sunrise time for their session. It’s an early start, but I am telling you, nothing beats a quiet start to your day soaking in your relationship together.
Emily really wanted something that felt a bit different and celebrated the beautiful architecture and campus that ISU has. I loved it. It almost felt like a little Central Park-esque in the midst of Iowa. They were so comfortable and open to different ideas around campus. We chatted all things how they met, their favorite college memories, and their future wedding plans.

As the first rays of sunlight filter through the vibrant canopy of crimson and amber leaves, iconic campus landmarks like the Campanile and Central Campus take on a warm, ethereal glow. The crisp morning air adds a cozy touch as Emily + Ty strolled along reminiscing on their time at ISU, how they met, and their favorite college memories. The peaceful early hours provide a sense of intimacy and quiet, allowing the Emily and Ty’s connection to truly shine, without the distraction of other, against the rich tapestry of autumn colors that define the heart of ISU in the Fall.
