We had planned to go to a different spot on the lake, but when the day came for their engagement session it was 40mph winds and there were white caps on the water! So we improvised and made our way to a nook of the lake that was a little more protected from the wind. Moriah + Gabriel were totally cool with it and embraced the wind and when I say they giggle the whole time, I mean it!! It made for a laid back, easy and totally fun session!

We met in daycare and became the boy + the girl next door.
After my family moved from Colorado to Iowa, we met in daycare. A year later, our families just happened to move in across the street from each other in a new town. Call it kismet. After 25 years of knowing each other and 10 years dating, we couldn't wait to celebrate our relationship with our friends and family and got married on our family farm.
